I have a blog because I am in college and I want to be able to document all of my many adventures publicly, so certain sisters don't complain about not knowing anything that goes on in my life. ;)
I am currently attending Gainesville State College. Yep, that's right, I'm a Fighting Goose. hooray (NOT). BUT I did apply to go to BYU starting January, so hopefully I'll be able to shed my goose feathers and be a cougar instead. Gainesville does NOT have a marching band, but there is a Symphonic Band that I am part of. Third chair trumpet. Woot!
Ummmmmm as of yet I have not taken ANY pics at all of the glorious Gainesville campus, but that will have to change because I want to post them on here so I'll have them forever. Plus all of you guys will be able to see them too.
I still work at Ingles. I've been putting in more hours there because I only have school Mon and Wed.
Also, I decided just a few minutes ago that I'm going to start running and maybe eventually do a 5K. It's gonna be great now that I actually have something to do!!! :)
Welp, (as Megan would say) that's about it this time around... I'll be sure to post pics soon!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh, PS- I definitely took that pic at the top. It's in Savannah. That's all. :D
YEAH about all of the above. Ignore my "what is a fighting goose" comment and change it to "are you seriously a fighting goose?" I am highly excited about your trumpetage and your 5K! Way to live it up! Have you found a 5K yet and a training schedule?
ReplyDeleteBlast. Me too. Forget the fighting goose comment. Although that is hilarious! I don't think you'll ever be able to shed your goose feathers. They are a part of who you are. I'm so excited for you!!!! Blahhh!
ReplyDeleteI hate to tell you this, Bri, but I agree with Beck about the feathers; you were born a fighting goose. COLLEGE GIRL!!!
